What guests get
When a guest writes to your hotel, Brixa works the conversation for you:
- Answers questions about your rooms, amenities, policies, and services, using the information your team keeps in your hotel's settings.
- Replies in the guest's language. Guests write in their own language and get answers in it; you see a translation in yours. Voice messages appear as readable text in the conversation.
- Moves bookings forward. Brixa gathers the details a booking needs — dates, number of guests, preferences — then prepares and sends a quote with room options and pricing.
- Follows up with guests who go quiet, so opportunities do not slip away while you focus elsewhere.
What your team does
Your team stays in control. Depending on your hotel's settings, replies either go out automatically or wait as drafts for you to review, edit, and send.
