Accessing and Logging In
Staff work with Brixa in the web app at app.brixa.ai. This article covers signing in, choosing the right hotel, finding your way around the workspace, and what to do if you cannot get in.
Signing in
- Open app.brixa.ai in your browser.
- Enter the email address and password your administrator set up for you.
- Confirm you are signed in — your name or account appears in the workspace once you are in.
Access is created by your hotel's Brixa administrator. If you have never received credentials, ask the person who manages Brixa at your property. See Users and Access for how accounts are managed.
Selecting the correct hotel
Everything you see in Brixa — conversations, quotes, settings — belongs to one hotel at a time. If your team manages a single property, you are placed in it automatically. If you work across several properties, make a habit of checking which hotel is active before you reply to a guest or edit settings:
- Look for the hotel name shown in the workspace.
- Use the hotel switcher to change to another property when needed.
- Confirm the hotel name changed before you continue working.
Replying to a conversation while the wrong hotel is selected is not possible — each hotel's inbox is separate — but editing the wrong hotel's settings is, so always double-check. Multi-property teams should also read Multi-Hotel Workflows.
A quick tour of the workspace
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Inbox / Conversations | Read guest messages, review Brixa's replies and drafts, and respond yourself. This is where most daily work happens. See Viewing Conversations. |
| Quotes | Track the offers Brixa has prepared and sent, review their status, and follow guest responses. See Creating and Sending Quotes. |
| Settings | Maintain the hotel information Brixa relies on — profile details, rooms and amenities, policies, and integrations. See Hotel Profile. |
If you cannot log in
- Wrong password: use the password reset option on the sign-in page, or ask your administrator to reset it.
- No account or account disabled: contact your hotel's Brixa administrator — only they can create or restore access.
- Signed in but a hotel is missing: your account may not have been granted access to that property yet; your administrator can add it.
