- Viewing Conversations
Every guest who writes to your hotel gets a conversation in Brixa, where you can read the full exchange, review replies and drafts, and follow any quotes that were sent.
- Replying to Guests
Some replies go out to guests automatically; others wait as drafts for you to review, edit, and send. You can also write your own reply and take over the conversation at any time.
- Conversation Statuses
A conversation's status tells you whether a guest is waiting for an answer, whether the exchange is resolved, and whether a person needs to step in.
