Quote Statuses Explained

Every quote carries a status that tells you where it stands, from gathering details to a confirmed booking. Use this reference to read any quote at a glance and know what to do next.

Status reference

Missing InformationKey details (dates, guest count, or required guest data) are missing, so the quote cannot be priced yet.Wait for the guest's reply, or fill in the details yourself.
Awaiting PricingAvailability and prices are being prepared.Usually nothing — this resolves on its own. If it lingers, check the conversation for an alert.
Options PresentedBookable room options were shared with the guest, who has not chosen yet.Answer questions, or edit the booking details if the guest changes the request.
No Options AvailableNothing bookable matches the current request.Suggest different dates or occupancy, then update the booking details.
Options ExhaustedThe guest asked for more choices but has already seen the best available options.The options remain valid — help the guest pick one or adjust the request.
Ready to SendAn option is chosen and the quote is prepared, waiting for your review.Review the draft message and send the quote.
SentThe guest received the quote link in the chat.Monitor for a response, or send a reminder from the follow-up list if the guest goes quiet.
Accepted by GuestThe guest accepted the quote from the link.Check for missing guest data and confirm the booking.
Confirmed by HotelYour team confirmed the accepted quote — the booking is settled.Nothing further on the quote; handle the reservation.
Rejected by GuestThe guest declined the quote.Ask what didn't fit; send a revised quote if there's still interest.
ExpiredThe validity period passed without a decision.Edit it to reopen, or send a fresh quote.
LapsedThe quote was closed on the hotel's side without being completed.Start a new quote if the guest is still interested.
CancelledYour team cancelled the quote.Nothing — send a new quote to restart.
